    This is my second home , Vision and Jono have changed my life for the better ! I finally realised there are no excuses and if I am busy then I have to get up earlier to train and have my health! The trainers and owner Jo are amazing - it’s truly a family atmosphere. My husband and 3 kids are always welcome and join in at boxing time permitting! Lots of classes to choose. Jono is the ultimate professional trainer , the less he says the more he motivates and encourages me !
